Refund policy

We do not allow for returns for any custom made items. For any products with defects, misspellings, or other issues due to our company's errors, we will gladly remedy the issue and ship a replacement item. This does not include user error or damage caused after the product has been delivered.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase we may also offer a refund on a case by case bases. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all custom ordered products. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

For any purchases that are eligible for refunds, we will process your refund to your original purchase method within 10-15 business days.
